After passing the interview round, engineers are offered one-on-one Japanese communication classes with native teachers, with all expenses covered by the employer.
From the interview to immigration and onboarding, applicants are fully supported by One Terrace’s dedicated staff, who listen and provide timely assistance throughout their working journey in Japan.
