For international students only
Step 1: After being accepted to become HCMUTE students, students fill in registration form (Attached below) required by Admissions and Student Affairs Office and submit a set of documents as specified in the document checklist of the form.
Step 2: Admissions and Student Affairs Office and the faculty where the students want to enroll, conduct a review of the application, and assess qualifications related to academics, health, age, language proficiency, etc., in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Foreign Students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, issued under Decision No. 2144/QD-DHSPKT dated August 14, 2020.
Step 3: Admissions and Student Affairs Office asks for the presidential board’s approval to accept the students’ admission
Step 4: Based on the approval, Admissions and Student Affairs Office issues a decision to admit the students with signature of the presidential board
Step 5: Admissions and Student Affairs Office provides students with identification numbers, and guides students to contact their faculty to join classes and receive their schedules.
