Overview
|
Every year, OIA receives at least 10 inbound students, send 10 outbound students following the ways: semester credit exchange, internship projects/thesis, cultural exchanges, lab exchanges, and scholarship programs.

Pre-Organizing
|
Receive information from partners about accepting inbound students
|
Search for scholarships and programs to send students to university partner. Spread information about admission notification to students through social media, website, email, faculties.

The host university reviews CV, interviews qualifications, and communicates in English
|
Review CV, interview qualifications, communicate in English
|
Discuss with faculties about acceptance, contents of program and propose to the Presidential Board for approval

Discuss with faculties about nomination and propose to the Presidential Board for approval
|
Confirm to the partner and Issue letter of acceptance.

Confirm and send information of student, nomination letters to partners for review.

Organizing
|
Support immigration procedures and prepare dormitories
|
Support visa application procedures
|
Receiving students, instructing on how to entry to Vietnam, move from the airport to school, exchange money, buy SIM card
|
Connect students with the partner school's international student support department for guidance on necessary procedures
|
Arrange meeting between student and faculty to discuss academic issues
|

Post-organizing
|
Support for issues throughout the stay and study process
|
Monitor the learning process, students report their learning process
|
Send reports and transcripts to partners and students.
Support and guide students returning home.
|
Report immediately upon completion of the program and return home. Submit copies of certificates and degrees for OIA to record and store. Receive financial support from the school (if any)
