Amidst the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of children nationwide celebrating International Children's Day on June 1st, the Women's Committee of the Union at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education organized various fun activities, gift-giving, and awards for the children of the university's staff and workers.

Prior to this, on May 28th, the Union distributed 882 gift packages, each worth 200,000 VND, to children of the university's staff and workers born from 2009 to 2024.

Following that, on June 1st, the Union organized a movie-watching and play event at the Vincom Thu Duc cinema for students from elementary to middle school, with 374 children participating.

Additionally, the Union awarded children of the university's staff and workers who achieved the following titles: Excellent Elementary Students; Good and Excellent Middle School Students for the 2023-2024 school year (phase 1 – for elementary and middle school students); Excellent Students across all levels; and winners of provincial/city or national competitions. The Union will receive applications until the end of July and will announce the awards at the beginning of August.

HCMUTE not only cares for students in many aspects but also consistently prioritizes the spiritual and material well-being of the university's staff and workers. The university creates optimal conditions for teachers to feel secure in their work and contribute to the education sector in general, enhancing the university's reputation and quality in particular. Besides sports, cultural, and academic activities, this event also fosters connections between the families of staff and workers, strengthening the sense of community under the common roof of the University of Technology and Education. It showcases the Union's dedication to its members, embodying the "Humanity" aspect of the educational philosophy "Humanity – Innovation – Integration”
