To strengthen international cooperation in training, scientific research, and exchanges among students, faculty, and staff, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) hosted a delegation from the Taipei University System on the morning of July 10, 2024. During the visit, HCMUTE signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), National Taipei University (NTPU), and Taipei Medical University (TMU).
The Taipei University System (UST) comprises four member institutions: National Taiwan Ocean University (NTOU) (which signed an MOU with HCMUTE in 2023), National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech), National Taipei University (NTPU), and Taipei Medical University (TMU).

HCMUTE was represented by Assoc. Acknowledging the alignment in their goals and development strategies, HCMUTE, Taipei Tech, NTPU, and TMU engaged in discussions and subsequently signed MOUs to establish a sustainable partnership. This collaboration aims to benefit both parties through research and teaching activities. The agreements will focus on exchanges, faculty and student training, research collaboration, international conference organization, and sharing of research resources.

Additionally, HCMUTE and Taipei Tech signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for student exchanges, offering valuable opportunities for students to study and train in a high-level professional environment. This initiative aims to develop a well-rounded workforce and meet the demands of businesses and global integration.
The signing ceremony marks a significant milestone in the partnership between HCMUTE and the Taipei University System. This collaboration will facilitate enhanced research, international publications, and numerous cooperative and exchange programs between the institutions.
