In the first months of 2023, HCMUTE signed memorandums of understanding (MoU) with some universities and companies to strengthen cooperation and promote learning and teaching activities.


After a long period of agreement and exchange between the Faculty of Applied Science, HCMUTE and the Faculty of Physics, National Taiwan Sun Yat–Sen University (NSYSU), on the morning of February 10, 2023, Faculty of Applied Sciences, HCMUTE officially signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the Faculty of Physics, NSYSU.


In order to extend and implement the cooperation agreement, on the morning of March 3, 2023, representatives of HCMUTE and Griffith University (Australia) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) based on the principle of developing the cooperation agreement signed on March 30, 2013. The new MoU would be developed in accordance with the nature of the digital transformation era, the development of academic culture between the two institutions.


In order to expand and diversify the university's network of academic and research partners, on March 11, 2023, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with University of Technology Petronas, Malaysia (UTP).

The signing ceremony took place successfully, marking a new milestone in the international cooperation journey of HCMUTE. Accordingly, HCMUTE and UTP will strengthen cooperation in the fields of research, internship, and exchange of lecturers and students. Both sides believe that this was a good start for the development of research and training fields.

This signing ceremony has contributed to helping HCMUTE expand the "map" of cooperation with international partners. With the goodwill of cooperation, the connection between HCMUTE and UTP was promising to create many positive results, contributing to strengthening the diplomatic relationship on the education network of the two countries Vietnam - Malaysia.
