On September 25 2018, the HCMUTE held the topping out ceremony of the learning building and practice factory in the F1 area after nearly 20 months of construction.


This project included workshops, laboratories with 8 floors. The total building floor area was ​​8.560m2 and auxiliary items such as power plants, outdoor underground water tanks and outdoor septic tanks with a total investment of 106,188,102,000 VND, 63,747,000,000 dong  of which was from the state budget, and the rest is from the legal revenue of the HCMUTE.
