To commemorate the great German philosopher Karl Marx (5/5/1818-5/5/2018) and acknowledge the historic role of his and Marxism, the Party Cell Propaganda and Training Commission of HCMC University and College Division and HCMUTE held an elaborate scientific conference.

The conference received the contributions in the form of 60 papers from scientists and researchers, three of which were selected for presenting at the event, including the works by Assoc. Prof. Doan Duc Hieu—Chairman of the Science and Technology Committee of UTE’s Political Sciences Faculty, Dr. Pham Le Quang, University of Finance and Marketing, and Nguyen Thi Phuong, M.A., UTE’s Political Sciences Faculty.

The presentations and discussions at the event elucidate Marx’s pivotal contributions and ideological values of Marxism to the movement of communism and international workers. 

Such reiteration of the brilliance of such ideas is assumed to help lead Vietnam to ultimate blissful socialism.
