On September 11 2018 HCMUTE coordinated with Toyota Vietnam Foundation (TVF) formally held the graduation ceremony for the first course and commencement ceremony for the second of the Toyota Vocational Scholarship Program for disadvantaged students with a passion for the automobile industry and an aspiration to change and develop society. 



 Wrapping up Course 1 (8/2016-8/2018) the program was successful with 24 graduated students, 2 of whom were ranked as very good (8.23%), 6 as good (25%), 15 as fair (62.5%), 1 as average (4.16%) and no poor students.
The Toyota Vocational Scholarship Program is a two-year support program for high school graduates with good academic performance despite their difficult circumstances. This the second this program had been run.
