On the night of April 20, 2018, at the Domed Stadium of HCMUTE, the “Safestyle – safe street style” was held by our university with sponsorship by the AIP fund in collaboration with HCMC Department of Traffic Safety.

 “Safestyle—Safe street style” was one of the activities in the Safe Baggage Project and considered a new and fresh approach mained at the main audience of university students and teenagers in the area so as to people’s awareness of safe safety issues.

At the event Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuong-Deputy director of HCMC Traffic Safety Department emphasized: “The most common causes of traffic accidents among students are going in the wrong lane, speeding, lack of attention, etc. The use of electronic devices while driving is becoming one of the culprits of traffic accidents among students. This event is a new wave in traffic safety propaganda to students in particular and to the community at large in a novel, approachable, and captivating way.”   

The first prize of the fashion show went to the excellent UTE; the second prize was seized by Hong Bang University, and the third prize was awarded to Nong Lam University.
