On the morning of April 2, 2018, HCMUTE coordinated with ASEAN University Network (AUN) to hold the Ceremony for the Announcement of Qualification for the AUN-QA quality assessment to 4 training curricula of our school.

The 4 newly certified curriculums were Electronic Engineering – Communications (Electrical and Electronic Engineering Faculty), Thermal Engineering (Automotive Engineering Faculty), Machine Manufacturing Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Faculty), Environmental Engineering (Chemical and Food Technology Faculty), increasing the number of the training programs that satisfy the related requirements to 8 majors together with Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronic Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Construction Engineering (certified in 2016).

With the recognition of such an authorative educational body, UTE is proud to be one of the leading technical education institutions in the region as we have obtained 8 certifications in the past two years. This acknowledges our guaranteed training quality, which contributes to the provision of the professional workforce not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast Asia.
