In an effort to enhance the quality of education and develop learners' comprehensive skills, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sunrise Vietnam Consulting and Training Joint Stock Company — one of Vietnam's leading and reputable organizations in the field of training and human resource development.
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of HCMUTE were Dr. Quach Thanh Hai – Vice President of the university, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Head of the Office of Cooperation and Training Development, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hung – Deputy Head of the Office of Cooperation and Training Development, and MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Cuc – Deputy Head of the Office of Cooperation and Training Development.
Representing Sunrise Vietnam Consulting and Training JSC were Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Thuy – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, Ms. Ta Hoai Huong – General Director, and Mr. Doan Minh Tuan – Deputy Director in charge of Southern operations.

According to the signed MOU, both parties will cooperate in designing and managing training programs, student recruitment, teaching, and running the “International Standard Practical Specialist Program” hosted at HCMUTE. These programs include: International Programming Specialist, Applied Artificial Intelligence, International Information System Management and Security, International Graphic Design, International Media and E-commerce, International Fintech and Logistics Management, and International Financial Accounting Systems.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Quach Thanh Hai – Vice President of HCMUTE – emphasized that the collaboration with Sunrise Vietnam will open up many opportunities for learners to acquire practical skills through programs tailored to meet employer demands. This will contribute to improving the quality of human resources that meet both domestic and international labor market requirements.
