On the afternoon of March 8, 2025, a health education program themed “Confident and Radiant Women” was held in Meeting Room II at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), dedicated exclusively to the university’s female students.
The event was co-organized by HCMUTE’s Admissions and Student Affairs Office, the HCMUTE Youth Union, and Chi Bach Pharma Co., Ltd. to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8. This program provided an opportunity for female students to equip themselves with essential knowledge, helping them maintain good health from within and confidently shine in all aspects of life.

The program attracted significant interest and participation from many female students
During the event, students had the opportunity to listen to valuable insights from Dr. Bui Chi Thuong – Head of Obstetrics at Gia Dinh People’s Hospital, and Pharmacist Ngo Thuy Chi – CEO of Chi Bach Pharma Co., Ltd. It is well known that reproductive health directly affects women's quality of life and confidence. Especially for university-aged students, acquiring the correct knowledge about self-care and intimate hygiene is crucial for maintaining health and confidence. Understanding these concerns, the speakers provided in-depth knowledge on personal health care, particularly reproductive health and scientific hygiene practices.

Interactive Q&A Session with Guest Speakers
In addition to knowledge-sharing sessions, the program featured engaging interactive activities where students could ask questions and receive valuable gifts from the sponsor Orchy, along with expert answers from the guest speakers. Topics discussed included personal hygiene, intimate infections, HIV prevention and vaccination, contraception methods, and self-care techniques—all addressed with scientific clarity.
This initiative not only helped female students gain a better understanding of their health but also served as a meaningful gift from the university to its students on International Women’s Day, encouraging them to be more confident, radiant, and well-rounded in both their academic and personal lives.
