On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 – February 27, 2025), the Party Committee, University Council, and the Board of Rectors of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) visited and extended congratulations to the medical staff, officers, and employees working at the university's Medical Station on the morning of February 26, 2025.

During the meeting, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hieu Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of HCMUTE, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of the Medical Station in providing healthcare services to faculty members, staff, and students. With dedication, responsibility, and continuous commitment, the medical team has played a crucial role in ensuring a safe and healthy learning and working environment. The university hopes that the medical staff will continue to uphold their professionalism, maintain their passion for the profession, and continuously enhance their expertise to remain a reliable support for the HCMUTE community.
Following the visit to the Medical Station, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Le Hieu Giang and the university delegation also visited and congratulated the doctors at Thu Duc Regional General Hospital. This visit served as an opportunity for the university to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of healthcare professionals in caring for the health of faculty, staff, and students.
In addition to the congratulatory activities, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hieu Giang and the hospital's Board of Directors held discussions on potential collaborations in scientific research and the application of technology in medical practice. Both sides agreed to jointly develop technological products such as smart hospital beds, medical support robots, and drones to enhance healthcare services and optimize medical operations in the future.
