The two new Vice Rectors have demonstrated resilience and exceptional performance in their respective roles, earning the trust and support of faculty, staff, and students. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Education and Training, particularly Mr. Vũ Minh Đức, for providing timely and strategic guidance in addressing challenges.
