In accordance with Decision No. 1624/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 18, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), in collaboration with the University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology of Ho Chi Minh City (HUFLIT), has dispatched a delegation of 69 personnel to carry out exam inspection duties for the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam at the Exam Council under the Binh Phuoc Department of Education and Training. The delegation is led by Dr. Quach Thanh Hai, Vice President of HCMUTE.

Of this delegation, HCMUTE has assigned 41 staff members to oversee exam inspections at 17 exam sites across Dong Xoai City, Phuoc Long Town, and the districts of Dong Phu, Phu Rieng, Bu Dang, and Bu Gia Map. HUFLIT is responsible for supervising the remaining 12 exam sites in the districts of Binh Long, Bu Dop, Loc Ninh, Hon Quan, and Chon Thanh, with 28 staff members participating.

The 2025 National High School Graduation Exam will take place over three days, from June 26 to 28, 2025. In Binh Phuoc province, a total of 12,204 candidates will take the exam at 29 locations, with 537 official exam rooms and 58 backup rooms. This is the first time the exam is being held under the 2018 General Education Program, which places higher demands on the integrity, fairness, and accuracy of exam monitoring.

To ensure thorough preparation, HCMUTE conducted a training session on June 19 for staff members participating in the inspection duties. During this session, participants were briefed on the exam regulations, received guidance on inspection procedures, and took an assessment to evaluate their knowledge and readiness, ensuring all personnel are well-prepared before taking on their responsibilities in the field.

With comprehensive preparation in all aspects, HCMUTE believes its team will successfully fulfill their duties, contributing to the overall success of the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam—an exam of significant importance in the national education reform process.

Notably, 2025 also marks the inaugural year of HCMUTE’s newly established branch campus in Binh Phuoc province, officially launching 12 academic programs aligned with local workforce development needs. This follows Decision No. 1676/QĐ-BGDĐT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, authorizing HCMUTE's branch campus in Binh Phuoc to begin educational activities. This milestone is part of HCMUTE’s broader strategy to expand its higher education network and strengthen its connection with human resource demands in the Southeast region.

By participating in the exam inspection this year, HCMUTE not only fulfills its national educational responsibilities but also strengthens its ties with neighboring localities—especially in the context of preparing for the recruitment and training of the first cohort of students at the new branch campus.
