In harmony with the joyful spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival, on the evening of October 3, 2025 (the 12th day of the 8th lunar month), the Trade Union of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) organized the “Mid-Autumn Festival Night 2025” program for the children of the university’s staff and employees.

This annual event carries profound humanistic meaning, demonstrating the university and the Trade Union’s care and attention to the spiritual well-being of staff and employees. It also provides a fun and engaging playground that strengthens family bonds within the big HCMUTE family.
The festive evening came alive with lively lion dances, cheerful interactions with traditional characters Ms. Hang and Mr. Cuoi, as well as various traditional folk games and a colorful lantern parade. The children also received Mid-Autumn gifts, joined in interactive activities, and enjoyed a festive space rich in Vietnamese cultural traditions.

This year’s event attracted over 300 children of various ages, creating a moonlit night filled with laughter and happiness. The “Mid-Autumn Festival Night” not only offered children a joyful and meaningful celebration but also fostered solidarity and sharing among the families of HCMUTE staff and employees.
The activity exemplifies the Trade Union’s practical care for the spiritual life of staff and employees, contributing to building a friendly, cohesive working environment and spreading the spirit of unity throughout the university community.
