The anniversary aimed to review and affirm the profound theoretical and practical values of the testament, express respect and show deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh as well as memorize the 50 years of  following Ho Chi Minh President's testament, which propagated and promoted the realization of imitating Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and manner in any grade, department, among any person, officer and Party member; encouraged the patriotism emulation movements, which determined to attain all the targets and missions proposed in the resolutions of Party Committee’s Congress and 12th National Delegates’ Congress.

The ceremony was held with the participation and speech from Ms. Truong Thi Hien - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee – HCMUTE’s Vice Principal, along with the attendance of secretaries, deputy secretaries, members from HCMUTE Party Committee and excellent effortful members from Youth Union.

Right after the anniversary ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Ca, who is a Central reporter – ex-Dean of Political Theory Faculty, presented the resolution of the Central Executive Committee’s 10th Conference and 50-year of President Ho Chi Minh's testament execution to all brilliant members from Party and Youth Union.
