From July 20th to July 21st, 2019,   the International Conference on System Science and Engineering (ICSSE 2019) took place at Quang Binh University, Dong Hoi City, Quang Binh Province. The conference was co-organized by HCMUTE and Quang Binh University, Taiwan Association of System Science and Technology (TASSE) and Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology along with the companion of the "Diamond Sponsor" - VinTech City.

 In the conference, there were Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Nam Tu - Deputy Director of Department of Science, Technology and Environment; Ministry of Education and Training and members of the delegation; Ms. Le Thi Thanh Thao - representative of Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Tran Tien Dung -Vice Chairman of People's Committee of Quang Binh province; representatives of Department of Science and Technology, Department of Education and Training, Department of Information and Communication, Department of Culture and Information, Department of Sports and Tourism in Quang Binh Province; and more than 200  Vietnamese scholars and ones from other countries.

 This annual conference was an oppoturnity for domestic and foreign scholars to exchange and research applied science and technology. ICSSE 2019 attracted over 200 articles. However, after reviewing process, there were only 133 articles which belong to 8 report categories, whose authors came from 19 participating countries.
The authors from each of 8 report subcommitees in various specialities would present and discuss with the host and the council on their reports.

In addition, the Organization Commitee also held seminars and exhibition of some scientific and technological products made by teachers and students of HCMUTE, Quang Binh University, Long Vu Company.
