On the morning of April 19, 2025, at the Ton Duc Thang Museum, the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union solemnly held a ceremony to honor 76 outstanding young Party members of 2025 and to mark the 30th anniversary of the campaign "Young Communists." On this special occasion, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) was honored to have two young Party members recognized.

This meaningful event was part of a series of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of national reunification, under the theme "50 Years – Continuing the Story of Peace." It was not only an opportunity to recognize exemplary individuals but also a platform to spread faith and aspirations of the city’s younger generation in the journey of building a civilized, modern, and compassionate Ho Chi Minh City.

The two honored Party members from HCMUTE, Comrade Phan Cong Duc – Deputy Secretary of the University Youth Union, and Comrade Nguyen The Bao – Member of the Executive Committee of the University Youth Union, Secretary of the Staff Youth Union, and Deputy Head of the Organization – Administration Office, are shining examples of responsibility, dedication, and creativity in their studies, work, and youth activities.

The recognition by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union is a testament to the continuous efforts of HCMUTE’s youth in promoting the values of a new-generation Party member – being accountable to the Party, devoted to the people, and contributing to the community.
