On the morning of July 2nd, 2020, there was a meeting between Mr. Vo Quang Hue - Deputy General Director of VinGroup and UTE students. This was a valuable opportunity to let students be inspired by one successful leader, especially in the field of automobile research and manufacturing. 

With nearly 40 years of experience working in the automotive engineering industry, Mr. Vo Quang Hue wished to inspire students, especially ones from faculty of Vehicle and Energy Engineering, with the passion for study to dedicate and develop the country's automobile industry in the future.

Through the program, he advised students to treasure the present, live and work hard. Besides, when being asked about what to prepare to work for a large corporation like Vinfast, he shared that students need to enhance their professional capabilities, related to soft skills. He emphasized the important role of English proficiency in study. At the age of 58, he still enrolled in extra English classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Though the meeting has ended, the values of Mr.Hue’s words may last for a lifetime. Hopefully, with such meaningful meetings, UTE students who had the chance to meet successful leaders would gain more motivation, choose the right path or new directions in learning.
