On the morning of September 8, 2023, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) organized a workshop to gather feedback on the draft of the amended and supplemented Circular No. 14/2019/TT-BGDĐT dated August 30, 2019. This circular provides guidance on the construction, appraisal, issuance of economic-technical norms, and methods of determining the prices of educational and training services applied in the field of education and training (Circular No. 14). The workshop took place at HCMC University of Technology and Education.

The workshop was attended by Mr. Ngo Van Thinh, Deputy Head of Finance and Planning Office; the Editorial Board of the draft amendment and supplementation of Circular No. 14; and the Drafting Committee of the amendment and supplementation of Circular No. 14. From HCMUTE, there were Dr. Truong Thi Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the university, and a member of this Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hieu Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Rector - Acting President along with leaders and experts from five Departments of Education and Training: Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Long An, and representatives from 23 universities and colleges under the MOET in the Central and Southern regions.
