In the third quarter of 2023, HCMUTE signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with many businesses, universities, and news agency.

The businesses that HCMUTE has signed MOUs with OPEN MIND Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd., Kagawa Construction Industry Association (Japan), EOH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Solar z power investment joint stock company, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), Ho Chi Minh City Human Resources Forecast And Labor Market Information Center, and Samsung Electronics HCMC CE Complex. Additionally, HCMUTE has also established collaborations with universities such as Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna in Thailand, National Taiwan Ocean University, National Penghu University of Science and Technology, and Sunchon National University.

According to the MOU with “Giao duc & Thoi Dai” news agency, in addition to enhancing the university's image and achievements in education, scientific research, and community service in the newspaper, “Giao duc & Thoi Dai” will strengthen the promotion of the university's annual enrollment activities. The agency will support the university in gradually improving and developing information channels, communication, social media platforms, and training specialized teams to build the university's brand and culture. 

Simultaneously,  “Giao duc & Thoi Dai” news agency will highlight exemplary and innovative teaching and learning practices, breakthrough solutions, and creativity demonstrated by university officials, staff, faculty, workers, and students.

HCMUTE will provide accurate and timely information to “Giao duc & Thoi Dai” news agency for publication in various formats in the newspaper. The university will facilitate the participation of “Giao duc & Thoi Dai” reporters in practical activities, ensuring the truthful and objective dissemination of information about the university.
