At HCMUTE, the underprivileged students not only receive free ticket for students to come back to their hometown and support them to be back to te university after Tet holiday.

Lecturer Dang Ba Ngan assumed that the university and enterprises have organized the activity " The journey of reunion" for 5 years. In this journey, students are provided with free food and water. There are 500 students in the program this year. For some students who are really in need, they will receive 500. 000 vnd to buy ticket. Besides, they also receive Vietnamese square sticky rice cakes which are made by HCMUTE students, which is considered as a new thing in this program, bringing message about tradition and humanity.
