2. VISION – MISSION
1) HCMUTE Library is an information center, which continuously raises the value of research, teaching, and learning of the school by supplying, procuring, and storing study material through creative approach in collaboration with lecturers and students to exploit, utilize, manage, and share information resources in support of teaching and learning.
2) HCMUTE Library is an information center—a hub of conveying knowledge, fulfilling the demand for innovation in methods of teaching, learning, researching, and sharpening students’ professional skills.
With the passion, the youth and love from library's personnels, together with the society advancement and university development, the Library is certainly an ideal environment as well as a friend accompanying teachers and students.
