On the evening of January 24th, 2021, at the Grand Hall, the Youth Union and Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education solemnly held a ceremony to commend UTE young models with the aim of honoring individuals who won the title of "Typical Young Teacher", "Young, good and friendly staff" and "Students of 5 merits" at all levels of the school.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the school leaders, M.A. Truong Thi Hien - Vice President of the school sent congratulations on the occasion of the new year and welcomed the efforts of 257 UTE role models who won the title of "Typical Young Teacher" , "Young, good, friendly staff" and "Student of 5 merits" at all levels, "Student of 5 merits for 03 consecutive years". In particular, the school was honored to have 01 student achieving the title "Student of 5 merits" at the level of HCMC Student Union, 01 "Student of 5 merits" at the central-government level and 01 "Star of January" awarded by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association. 

At the ceremony, apart from honoring individuals who won the title of Student of 5 Merits at all levels, the school delegation also praised 09 excellent young officers and lecturers, 04 of which won the title of "Young Iconic Lecturer", 05 individuals won the title of "Young, talented and friendly officer".
