On the morning of March 6, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education was honored to receive AUN - QA certificate for 3 academic programs from the Southeast Asian University Network (AUN).
Three academic programs were evaluated in November 2019, including: Garment Technology, Information Technology, and Printing Engineering Technology. Up to now, the total number of branches assessed according to the school's AUN - QA standards has reached 14.
According to official results from AUN, the above mentioned programs of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education have achieved AUN-QA quality standard with the result "Adequate as expected".
It is known that the school has built a roadmap from 2016 to 2020 that will evaluate the entire university's training program according to regional and international standards, including 17 standardized training programs. AUN-QA and three training programs assessed according to the ABET standard (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology - the organization that accredits the quality of technical and technological training programs of the US).
Currently, the school has been carrying out activities to continue evaluating outside the educational institution level according to AUN-QA standards by the end of 2020.
