1. Admission method

-It is based on national high school graduation examination's results in 2020 (considering the system of mass learning or high quality system).
-Admission is based on the average point of five semesters (except the 2nd Semester of grade 12) of each subject combination from 7.0 (considering high-quality learning system).
- Admission combines the results of the National High School Exam in 2020 and organizes each exam for 4 sectors: Fashion design, Graphic design, Architecture, Interior architecture.

2. Admission form

Based on results of national high school test scores in 2020 (no result reservation before 2020).
Admission score is the total national high school exam scores in 2020 of the subjects following subject group of enrollment registration (without multiplier) and plus priority points (without multiplier). Admission is carried on from high to low.
As for English Linguistic and English Pedagogy, the English subject is multiplied by 2; Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture: Drawing subject is multiplied by 2. Priority points are not multiplied coefficients.

3. Encouraging talents policy.
-Granting scholarships for candidates with a total score of the National High School Exam 2020 (excluding priority point, bonus point) of 3 subjects of admission from 26 points or higher, 1,000,000 VND for each point (only 1 student for each major).
-Granting scholarships for the first semester of the first academic year by reducing 50% of the tuition fee for candidates from gifted schools and affiliated school with a recommendation letter from the Principal; reducing 50% of the tuition fee for female candidates studying 10 technical majors (*); 25% for female candidates studying 6 engineering disciplines (**). The next semester is based on academic results to consider to reduce tuition.
-In 2020, UTE will allocate 32 billion VND to provide scholarships for students (100% full scholarship, 50% partial scholarship, 120% of tuition fee for excellent scholarship).
- Families with a second child attending the school will receive a 20% discount on tuition fee.

4. Tuition:
- University mass system: 17.5 - 19.5 million / year; High quality-Vietnamese: 28 - 30 million VND / year; High quality-English: 32 million / year; High quality Vietnamese -Japanese class is similar to high quality Vietnamese program and additional 50 Japanese credits, 32 million tuition / year;
English Pedagogy is free of charge. The training sectors have an attached annex.
