On November 12, 2022, Ho Le Bich Tram - a student of the Faculty for High-Quality Training, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education - officially outperformed other competitors of other universities and colleges to win the First Prize in “The Fashion Contest for the Promotion of Law”, held in Thu Duc College of Technology. This contest, which is one of many activities responding to The Day of Socialist Republic of Vietnam’s Law (November 9th), was held to educate necessary legal knowledge for students in Thu Duc City in general and in HCMUTE in particular. 

This chain of activities for the promotion of Law on November 9th was held by the collaboration of HCMC University of Technology and Education Youth Union, HCMC University of Agriculture and Forestry Youth Union, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City’s Youth Union, Thu Duc College of Technology’s Youth Union, Thu Duc City Public Security’s Youth Union - HCMC Public Security, Youth Union of Thu Duc City’s People’s Court - HCMC People’s Court, the Youth Union of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), the branch of East Saigon. These activities were meant to stimulate primary legal teaching and legal self-awareness among Youth Union members, youth and the young generation of the City. With many meaningful and insightful contests, this widely-spread chain of activities, in some parts, helped students to raise their knowledge and awareness about the law and respecting the law in their daily life.
