2. Functions and Mission
2.1. Functions

- Conduct internal academic inspection within university president’s authority
- Consult with the university president on matters related to academic inspection

2.2. Mission
(1) To conduct inspection on matters pertaining to the implementation of education policies & regulations, goal achievements, training plans, examination regulations, degree & certificate issuance; property, finance, IT, human resources management
(2) To conduct reception of citizens; handle education-related complaints and accusations; prevent and act against education-related corruption under Vietnam’s relevant laws
(3) To propose solutions, changes and adjustments to university and national education and training policies
