Recently, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education and High-Tech Park (SHTP) have signed an agreement to build linkages and sustainable cooperation between the High-Tech Park, Businesses and the University.
These linkages and cooperation will help to improve the efficiency and reliability in research and development of high technology, personnel training and science – technology business incubation. According to the agreement, the two sides will sustainably cooperate in the field of science and technology information; scientific research, application of high-tech science and technology transfer; human resources training; and facilities. Specifically, the two sides will link e-library and information resources of science and technology, co-organize or join national and international conferences, share information about projects to seek the opportunities for cooperation, and send potential projects to Hi-tech Enterprises Incubation. The two sides will also select, cooperate and share information on scientific research and technology transfer. Specifically, SHTP will invite officials from the University to be the chairman or a member of scientific and technological research projects of the Center for Development Research, Training Center and Hi-tech Enterprises Incubation, creating necessary conditions for the teaching staff, postgraduate students and undergraduate students to have field trips at the High Tech Park. The two sides agreed on mutual comprehensive cooperation in training high-quality human resources as well as support for laboratory equipment for scientific research and technology transfer.
