In the midst of the buzzing excitement at and enthusiasm for the commencement of the city youth’s voluntary campaign on the morning of July 17th, HCMUTE formally held the launching ceremony for the 24th “Green Summer” with pep.  
     Attending and directing the event, with all heart and soul for the soldiers as well as this year’s entire campaign, Ms. Truong Thi Hien —Party Standing Committee, Vice President of our university, Deputy Head of the Campaign gave her encouraging words: “The Green Summer equates to a summer semester, a green one with new lessons. A green summer with the meaning of a green semester, one that holds lessons not yet learned inside the lecture hall. Green Summer is a chance to educate and train students’ career bravery.
     You reserve the right to pride yourself on having lived through days of sharing that are full of meanings and unforgettable memories of your student life.”  
     A special thing about this year’s Green Summer is the campaign ambassador—the first runner-up of Miss Ocean 2014—Ha Thu.
     She has joined with the soldiers in various activities and contributed to bringing the beautiful photos of the voluntary soldiers of UTE to society.
