The commencement ceremony was not only the culmination of a student's journey through study and research at the university, but also an opportunity for new PhDs, Masters, Engineers, and Bachelors to express their feelings and emotions. The New Food Technology Engineer Nguyen Minh Hieu stated: "Today is a really significant day for me. This is the Commencement Ceremony following a long period of everyone overcoming obstacles to complete the curriculum on time. The day I obtained my diploma is also the day I am most proud of the time I spent studying and practicing diligently at school. Today's accomplishments are not only the product of my own efforts, but also the training journey under the devoted leadership of the subject professors, the close supervision of the Dean of the Faculty, and the attention of faculty, department, and university officials."

Hieu also explained that the awarding of degrees in 2021 and 2022 was repeatedly postponed due to a variety of objective factors, the most significant of which was the complex situation of the pandemic. Nonetheless, the University has partnered with businesses and organizations to support and establish job conditions for students like those who have been granted a degree, thereby assisting students who have not been granted a degree to obtain employment immediately after completing their education.

In addition, the new Engineer has a message for the students of the following course: "I hope you always believe in the major you are pursuing, and when you encounter obstacles and want to give up, remember why you started and how much time has passed. Particularly, you should go and relive your days as a student, engaging in several movement-based activities, since these will be fond recollections under the University's roof. Tomorrow, after leaving the school chair, you will always be glad to have attended the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, which provided you with excellent knowledge and abilities."

When questioned about her feelings on the day of her graduation, Tran Thi Mai, a newly graduated Engineer in Computer Engineering Technology, stated, "The student life of each individual is likely the most beautiful moment, which leaves lasting memories. My favorite memory of my youth is the four years I spent learning and practicing in school. I made wonderful friends from all over the country here, but we always stood side by side and shared. Pressure is inevitable during the learning process. However, these pressures will establish a foundation that will help you stay firmly on the path of life”. Mai underlined that picking an avocation is crucial, but more importantly, that you know how to work hard: "Regardless of the path you choose, success is totally up to you. Let's be our best selves, and we won't have any regrets since we know we gave it our all."

Mai stated that she is always proud of the school and that it is a worthwhile institution to enroll in. The school is outfitted with state-of-the-art facilities and provides all the necessary circumstances for students to study, participate in self-development activities, and serve the community. The professors are the "boat drivers" in their job, devoted to guiding and escorting students. Mai considers herself fortunate since she has made nice friends and studied with reputable professors who adore her.

To successfully create an ideal and practical learning environment for students at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, it is essential to cultivate a team of knowledgeable instructors from a variety of disciplines who will participate in teaching and impart knowledge to students. There have been 925 officials and employees at the institution so far, including 54 Associate Professors, 232 PhDs, and 447 Masters. The Ho Chi Minh City University of Technical Education encourages returning alumni as strategic partners in training, scientific research, and recruitment, thereby contributing to the University's growth. On the path of pursuing their passions and aspirations, wishing that the school's students-the driving forces of the future, the future's leaders - persevere, remain strong, and realize great success.
