II. OBJECTIVES
1) Providing learners with the best training services to create a study, research, and campus environment matching with international standards at a low price.
2) Engineers graduates will obtain comprehensive theoretical knowledge, professional skills, soft skills, great research capability, etc.
3) A smart student management model with strong connection with parents will secure a life of richness and wishom for students. 
 
II. DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION
1) Increasing the number of training programs delivered entirely in English; Coordinating with specialized faculties to steadily innovate and raise the quality of the English-based training programs.
2) Proposing to the presidential Board new training models so as to cope with the demand of society and international integration, aiming at joint program with excellent universities in the world.
