On the afternoon of February 10, 2023, at Meeting Room II of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) took place the seminar "The 5th IKEEE - HCMUTE Joint Workshop". The seminar was organized by the Department of Science and Technology and the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the University in collaboration with the Korean Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IKEEE) to introduce and equip students with the knowledge and skills in the field of electrical engineering. intelligent radio signal processing techniques with Deep Learning, PLL low-noise reference sampling design, simulation and evaluation of parallel robots using Solidworks and Matlab software in the industrial era 4.0,...

Coming to the seminar, the university's students heard experts present research topics such as: "In-memory processing techniques with memristor crossbars for low-power computing" of GS. Kyeong-Sik Min (Kookmin University, Seoul, Korea); “Research on frequency synthesizers for IoT LoRa” by Prof. Yong Moon (Soongsil University, Seoul, Korea); “Designing High Speed SerDes and Digital CDRs” by GS. Jongsun Kim (Hongik University, Seoul, Korea); “Neural network-based binary memristor crossbar architecture for speech recognition” by Assoc. Dr. Vo Minh Huan (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education); “Nanoscale Memristor Cross Bar Arrays for Low Energy Neural Computing” by NCS. MSc. Le Minh (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education)

Through research topics shared by speakers from the Korea Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, students had the opportunity to answer questions and gain more knowledge in the field of Circuits and Telecommunications. – IoT – Control serves their academic needs, thereby helping students to visualize their future career picture.
