     On January 1st, 2005 the Rector established the Part-Time Training Management Office, which was later officially renamed Non-Official Academic Affairs Office in 2008. 
     The mission of this office to consult the University Management Board on issues relating to part-time training (studying while working) and joint training with local institutions. Specifically, the Office is responsible for:
1. Considering and proposing the orientation, goals, vocational structure  to the Management Board,
2. Making school year and semester training plan. 
3. Managing scores and handling academic affairs. 
4. Conducting the signing of lecture invitation contract
5. Managing students and documents; proposing students’ commendation and discipline.
6. Supervising and coordinating with the related units to organize opening, end-of-school-year ceremonies, and graduation ceremonies.
