I. BACKGROUND:
The Student Services Center was set up on September 5th, 2013. 

II. FUNCTIONS
- Organizing and managing the service of campus space leasing for business purpose
- Assisting students in study, part-time job, entertainment, physical activity, and living skills 
- Providing UTE’s own brand products to satisfy students and other individuals’ demand
- Supporting and introducing jobs to students (free of charge)

- Promoting autonomy, expanding and exploiting business cooperation services;
- Increasing revenues by 10-15% compared to 2016; 
- Raising the service quality for learners;
- Promoting the search for part-time jobs for students; 
- Organizing more supportive and community activities for students.
