- Fostering, implementing, and developing the collaboration between HCMUTE and Japanese partners in training, providing technical human resources equipped with Japanese, life skills, and industrial manners
- Assisting students in internship, consulting on studying abroad, career orientation, organizing the cooperation in research and technology trasnfer
- Organizing activities of expert, lecturer, student exchange, extending professional knowledge, organizing Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange
