HCMUTE Leads the Network of Centers of Excellence and Talent in Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Energy

Following the launch of seven Networks of Centers of Excellence in Northern Vietnam, on August 8, 2025, at Ho Chi Minh City Open University, the Ministry of Education and Training organized a conference to announce six Networks of Centers of Excellence and Talent in 4.0 Technology for the Central and Southern regions. This marks an important milestone in the implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 374 on developing a system of Centers of Excellence and Talent in key technology fields by 2030.

On the morning of January 16, 2026, at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Engineering (HCM-UTE), formerly known as Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, welcomed a delegation from the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City for a visit, a working session, and the inauguration ceremony of the “India Corner,” following its completion, upgrade, and relocation to a more convenient position on campus.

HCMUTE Alumni Sports Festival 2025: A Gathering of Sportsmanship and Connection with HCMUTE

With the desire to create a healthy and meaningful sports playground while strengthening the bonds among generations of alumni, faculty, and businesses, on September 21, 2025, the Alumni Association of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) organized the 2025 Alumni Sports Festival, attracting the enthusiastic participation of nearly 200 athletes from various units, enterprises, and alumni groups.
