At 2 PM on April 26, 2022, the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education held a conference to review the Party’s development in 2021 and implemented missions in 2022 including research, learning, regulations of the Fourth Conference of the Party Central Committee (term XIII); 47th anniversary of Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2022) and 36 years of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2022) and Party Badge Awarding Ceremony.
At the conference, there were Mr. Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue – Standing committee member and head of Party’s Publicity and Education Commission department in Ho Chi Minh city; Ms. Nguyen Thi La - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City University and Colleges Division; Ms. Dang Thuy Khanh Van - Head of Ho Chi Minh City Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the University and Colleges Division and all the Party members of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
The overview of the Conference
The conference discussed and evaluated the results of Party’s development in 2021, as well as set goals for the year 2022. Then, the Party Committee gave Party members a chance to study, thoroughly understand, and implement the conclusions and regulations of the Fourth Conference of the Party Central Committee (term XIII) while also rewarding organization and individuals for successfully completing their missions. Besides, in recognition of the merits and contributions of Party members to the Party’s revolution, the Party Committee of the University awarded badges to Mr. Dang Van Thanh and Mr. Dinh Huy Nhan.

At the conference, Mr. Phan Nguyen Nhu Khue highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee, their efforts to overcome difficulties, and successfully completed the mission in the year 2021.

Despite the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, the University's Party Committee focused on leading and directing the implementation of units to successfully complete professional tasks, Party building and development. As a result, it contributed to raising political awareness and stabilising Party members' ideology in Ho Chi Minh City.
In the year 2021, the Party Committee directed units and departments to provide maximum support for lecturers and undergraduates of the University's teaching and learning. Well-organized teaching provided the undergraduates and lecturers with a sense of security, order, and safety. The Party Committee led, directed, implemented, and comprehensively performed the inspection and supervision work in the previous year in accordance with the provisions of the Party's Charter.
